In the middle of the metropolitan region of Hanover - Brunswick - Göttingen - Wolfsburg, the Simchen Höfe will be built in Hildesheim directly on the A7 / Bundesstrasse 1 motorway.

With its network, the metropolitan region offers the perfect location for economic success.

Der neue Technologiepark entsteht im Daimlerring 9 auf einer Grundstücksfläche 30.000 m². Ein Potenzial für Unternehmen im Bereich Digitalisierung, Konnektivität, Mobilität, autonomes Fahren.

A remarkable feature of Simchen Höfe is the location with direct connection to the test track for autonomous driving. The track connects Hanover, Brunswick, Wolfsburg and Hildesheim. In Hildesheim, the test route even runs through city traffic and federal highways.

The Simchen Höfe consist of flexible and tenant-specific buildings with rental space from 200 m², a total of up to 25,000 m² rental space will be created on campus.
Ecological and resource-efficient buildings have an optimal energy balance here.

A central car park will be built on site, including an area for bicycles and of course charging stations for e-mobility as well as car sharing spaces.

The campus atmosphere of the Simchen Höfe offers the basis for a good work-life balance - with relaxation zones, a café and fitness area and a green center.

The buildings are constructed without support collums. Therefor modern and variable space cuts are possible, allowing organizations to grow and shrink continously within the park.

Work closely with the Hildesheim University Foundation, be it a research project or scientific work.
